Special terms and conditions for access, navigation and use of the “FLAR Economic Information System” (SIE):
These special terms and conditions, together with the legal notice of FLAR Sites, present the terms and conditions that regulate the access, navigation and use of the “FLAR Economic Information System” (SIE). By accessing, browsing or using FLAR’s SIE, users acknowledge that they have completely read and fully accept, without any reservation, the terms and conditions stated herein.
FLAR, through the SIE, provides the public with financial and economic data and information on the Latin American and Caribbean countries, which offer elements for the preparation of economic analyses and studies. Data and information published are not to be considered in any way as a form of advice, recommendation or suggestion by FLAR or by any third party information source. Any published raw value which is accessed through the SIE is obtained from third parties, reason for which it is property of the latter, and has been included in the SIE for informational purposes, with their authorization.
Any transformation or variation of the raw values accessed through the SIE has been calculated by FLAR, and therefore it does not bind the third party owners of the original information.
Information published in the SIE is for informative purposes and free of charge. FLAR reserves the discretionary and unilateral right to eliminate or suspend all or part of its dissemination, modify its structure, design and content without prior notice, and may even limit or block access to such information.
Interpretation and use of data and information provided in the SIE are the sole responsibility of the user and do not compromise the responsibility of FLAR or third party owners of the original information.
Any transformation or variation of the raw values accessed through the SIE may be freely reproduced or disclosed by users, provided their content is not altered or modified and their source is stated by means of the following notice: “Information source: Latin American Reserve Fund (FLAR) based on third party gross values.”
FLAR reserves all corresponding legal actions to demand compliance or responsibility arising from the breach of the terms and conditions contained in this legal notice.
Logos and other distinctive signs included in the SIE are the exclusive property of FLAR or FLAR has obtained the corresponding authorizations for their use.
Nothing contained in this legal notice shall constitute or may be deemed as a limitation of, or a waiver of, FLAR’s privileges and immunities, which are expressly reserved.
